The Food Sustainability Media Award recognises outstanding coverage of food sustainability issues by professional journalists and emerging talent across the globe. The finalists for the 2018 Award in the written and multimedia categories, both published and unpublished, were chosen by a panel of expert judges based on a number of criteria including substance, originality and creativity. The winners in each category will be announced at the Barilla Center for Food and Nutrition’s 9th International Forum on Food and Nutrition on 27th November.
In addition to this, all finalist entries have been put forward for the Best of the Web Award. The winner of this award is chosen by you, the public. View the finalist pages below and cast your vote for the entry you would like to see recognised for excellence in reporting on food sustainability. The vote closes at 11:59 PM (GMT) on 23rd November. The winner will be announced at the Food Sustainability Media Award ceremony on 27th November.
